采用 3种溶胶 凝胶 (sol gel)工艺 ,以硝酸铋、硝酸镧和钛酸丁酯为原料 ,制备掺镧钛酸铋 (Bi4-x,Lax)Ti3 O12 (简记为BLT)陶瓷。通过控制溶胶 凝胶工艺 ,分析比较不同溶胶 凝胶过程对陶瓷结构的影响 ,为后续BLT铁电薄膜的溶胶 凝胶制备选择最佳工艺技术条件。研究发现采用滴定方式的sol
In this paper, La modified (Bi 4- x ,La x )Ti 3O 12 (abbreviated as BLT) powders were prepared by three different sol gel methods with the initial materials of bismuth nitrate, lanthanum nitrate and tetrabutyl titanate. The ferroelectric (Bi 4- x ,La x )Ti 3O 12 ceramics were prepared from the powders and characterized by X ray diffraction(XRD). The relation of the structure of the ceramics and the preparation method of the powder through sol gel techniques was investigated, and the optimal sol gel processes for preparing BLT powder were found out. The results indicated that the ceramics by using the powder prepared by titration sol gel process mode have better orientation and structure.
