摘要
本文阐述了地方高校本科人才培养面临的新形势,并以我校环境工程专业为例,从培养目标、课程体系、实践教学模式和保障体系分别探讨了应用型人才培养体系改革的内容,为今后培养应用型人才提供一定参考。
This paper expounds the new situation faced by the training of undergraduate talents in local colleges and Universities. Taking City College of Dongguan University of Technology as an example, the contents of the reform of the training system of applied talents are discussed respectively on the training target, curriculum system, practice teaching mode and guarantee system, which will provide some reference for training applied talents in the future.
