摘要
开展土壤环境质量调查和监测,是土壤污染防治行动计划的先行任务,而质量保证和质量控制措施应贯穿土壤环境监测的整个过程。本文从现场布点采样、样品运输流转、制样保存、实验室分析的内部和外部质量控制,以及实验室管理方面,对土壤环境监测全过程的质量保证和质量控制措施进行总结和归纳。
Soil environmental quality investigation and monitoring is the first task of the action plan of soil pollution control. Quality assurance and quality control measures should rnn through the whole process of soil environmental monitoring. This article summarized quality assurance and quality control measures in the whole process of soil environmental monitoring, which including the layout of monitoring site, sampling, sample transportation and circulation, preparation and preservation, external and internal quality control of laboratory analysis, and laboratory management.
