摘要
本文总结了治疗心绞痛药物——伊伐布雷定的合成方法,通过不同合成路线、操作方式的分析和比较,发现目前研究的热点在于对手性异构体的拆分、合成过程中新中间体的使用、新的合成路线等方面进行优化和改进。本文希望通过对该药物的合成方法进行综述,为我国医药企业改进这一药物的合成路线,寻找更加绿色、环保、可工业化生产的方法提供研究思路和参考。
The article summarizes the synthesis method about lvabradine. Present study is focus on how to split the chiral intermedia and product, new intermedia used in the synthesis, new synthetic method. The article summarizes the synthesis methods of Ivabradine in order to provide more reference on improving synthesis route, looking for green, environmental friendly and industrial manufacture methods.
