摘要
本研究旨在通过对海宁市"十二五"期间大气质量的监测及其评价,为之后海宁市"十三五"期间的大气质量改善提供数据支持和参考依据。通过对SO_2、NO_2、PM_(10)和PM_(2.5)等指标的监测,采用空气质量级别、API指数和AQI指数等评价法分别对大气环境进行评价。研究结果表明"十二五"期间SO_2的年均浓度在0.018~0.042 mg/m^3之间,且呈逐年下降的趋势;PM_(2.5)在2014和2015年的年均浓度分别为0.057和0.050 mg/m^3,也呈下降趋势。而NO_2和PM_(10)的年均浓度分别在0.036~0.048 mg/m^3和0.069~0.083 mg/m^3之间,且总体相对稳定。2011-2013年各项指标均达到国家二级标准,但2014和2015年PM_(10)和PM_(2.5)则未达到国家二级标准。"十二五"期间的大气优良天数检测结果表明2012年空气质量最好,空气优良天数为360天,占全年总天数98.4%,但2014年起采用AQI评价后,空气质量优良率只占70%左右,且呈下降趋势。
This study aims to provide data support and reference for air quality improvement of Haining during the period of the "thirteenth five-year" by the monitoring and evaluation of air quality in the "twelfth five-year". In order to evaluate the atmospheric environment, five indexes were monitored, including SO2, NO2, PM10 as well as PM2.5, and three evaluation methods were be used: the air quality levels, AP1 index and AQI index. The results indicated that during the period of the "twelfth five-year" the annual concentration of SO2 in between 0.018-0.042 mg/m^3, and showed a downward trend year by year. The annual average concentration of PM2.5 in 2014 and 2015 were 0.057 and 0.050 mg/m^3 respectively, which showed the same trend as SO2. However, the annual concentration of NO2 and PM10 were relatively stable in general, and in between 0.036-0.048 mg/m^3 as well as 0.069-0.083 mg/m^3 respectively. In that sense, all the indexed had met the national secondary standard during 2011 to 2013, but in 2014 and 2015, the PM10 and PM2.5 had not reached the national secondary standard. Meanwhile, it has the best air quality in 2012 for the first three years, which had 360 days of fairly good air quality and accounted for 98.4 % of the total number of days. Since tile AQI evaluation method has been used from 2014, the excellent and good rate of atmospheric environnrent quality were around 70 % with a downtrend.
