食品安全问题是关系着民生的大问题,随着消费者食品安全意识的增强,食品安全问题受到了广泛关注,食源性病毒疾病的暴发对食品卫生和人们的营养健康水平构成了重大威胁,因此食源性病毒的检测的研究将推动食品质量与安全体系的进步,并且对食源性病毒疾病的预防与控制影响深远。本文概述了食源性病毒检测的方法和相关研究现状。
