摘要
国内中医药行业在市场及知识产权上承受来自日韩国家和欧美国家的双重压力,本文拟对中药领域PCT专利申请情况进行分析研究,以充分了解国际社会中医药行业专利申请中的现状,发掘国内中医药行业在研究方向中所存在的问题。
