食管早癌及癌前病变伴食管外原发肿瘤的临床分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的随访调查食管早癌及癌前病变患者中食管外原发肿瘤的分布情况,分析其临床特点并随访预后。方法回顾性分析417例食管早癌及癌前病变患者的临床和随访资料。结果 26例患者共29处食管外原发肿瘤,其中以胃癌最常见(55.2%)。食管低级别上皮内瘤变(LIN)及高级别上皮内瘤变(HIN)患者中食管外原发肿瘤发生率分别为7.2%及6.1%。结论食管癌前病变及食管早癌患者均有发生食管外原发肿瘤风险。对于食管早癌及癌前病变患者,均需注意加强随访,早期诊治。 Objective To study the clinical features and long-term outcomes of non-esophageal primary carcinoma in patients with esophageal carcinoma and precancerous lesions. Methods Retrospective analysis of 417 patients with early esophageal carcinoma and precancerous lesions was carried out with detailed clinical information and follow-up data. Re- sults A total of 29 non-esophageal primary carcinomas were diagnosed in 26 patients. Among them, 55.2% were gas- tric cancers. The rates of non-esophageal primary carcinomas in patients with low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia (LIN) and high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia (HIN) were 7.2% and 6.1% , respectively. Conclusion Both of esophageal carcinoma and precancerous lesions may develop non-esophageal primary carcinoma. During the follow-up period, atten- tion must be paid on not only patients with esophageal carcinoma, but also those with precancerous lesions in order to a- chieve early diagnosis and treatment.
