磁隧道结传感器噪声自动测试系统设计 被引量:1

摘要 磁隧道结(MTJ)虽然可以实现相当大的磁阻变化率,但是其噪声尤其是低频下的1/f噪声十分严重。为分析MTJ的噪声来源及大小,设计一套基于LabVIEW的噪声自动测试系统。通过综合分析测试系统噪声来源、建立放大器等效噪声模型,测试得到系统在不同放大倍数下的等效输入噪声电压和噪声电流,并确定最优放大倍数。在此基础上,利用软件运算对放大器噪声进行剔除,以提高测试系统准确度。经过测试标准电阻噪声,验证系统误差可以维持在±5%以内。最后对AlO_x基MTJ和磁传感器TMR9002进行测试,得出并解释磁传感器噪声随偏置电流和磁场的变化规律。 The magnetic tunnel junction (MTJ) can achieve large magnetic reluctance change rate, but its noise especially the 1/f noise at low frequencies is much severe. To analyze the sources and level of the MTJ noise,an automated noise test system based on LabVIEW is designed. By comprehensively analyzing the sources of system noise and establishing the equivalent noise model of the amplifier, the equivalent input noise voltage and noise current of the system under different magnifications are acquired, and the optimal magnification is determined. On the basis of this, the noise of the amplifier is eliminated by software system. After testing the standard resistance noise, operation to improve the accuracy of the testing the system error can be maintained within ±5%. Finally, based on the tests for A1Ox-based MTJ and magnetic sensor magnetic sensor noise changing with the bias current and magnetic interpreted. TMR9002, the rules of field are obtained and
