摘要
目的:分析益气健脾汤治疗2型糖尿病(脾气亏虚型)的临床疗效。方法:符合纳入标准的60例患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,对照组给予西药二甲双胍。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上,加服益气健脾汤。两组患者疗程均为12周,观察两组在治疗前后中医证候、糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后1 h及餐后2 h血糖代谢指标的变化。结果:治疗前后两组患者中医临床症状有所改善;糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后1 h血糖及餐后2 h血糖均较治疗前明显降低,比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气健脾汤能明显改善2型糖尿病(脾气亏虚型)患者的糖代谢,并有效改善糖尿病患者的临床症状,有广阔的应用前景。
Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of Yiqi Jianpi decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus（ T2DM）. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,in which the control group was given Metformin. The treatment group was also treated with Yiqi Jianpi decoction on the basis of Metformin. TCM symptoms,glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting plasma glucose,postprandial glucose metabolism indexes were observed and compared before and after the treatment between the two groups. Results： The TCM symptoms were both improved in the two groups after treatment. The glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting blood sugar,and postprandial glucose were all significantly decreased after the treatment compared to those before treatment. TCM symptom integral,glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting plasma glucose,and postprandial glucose were all improved in the treatment group compared to the control group,there were statistical significances（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Yiqi Jianpi decoction can significantly improve the glucose metabolism of T2DM patients with spleen-qi deficiency,and improve the clinical diabetic symptoms,which make it a promising application prospect.
