摘要
废橡胶清洁化利用示范已经被正式列入了国家加快再生资源产业发展的指导意见中,意见明确指出要开发连续化整胎热裂解技术装备及生产工艺。本文重点综述了国内外废橡胶回收利用的加工方式及处理效果,并认为热裂解技术是一种高效、可行的减量资源化处理过程。热裂解技术所产的三废问题较少,尤其是引入脱硫催化剂,大大降低了油品和尾气的硫含量,可以作为工程运用的有效手段。文章同时还给出了超临界技术、微波技术等非常规的处理方式,供同行讨论。
The accelerating development of Clean utilization of waste rubber has been officially entered in the national guidance, explicitly emphasis on the develop continuous whole tire pyrolysis of equipment and process. Waste rubber recycling processing methods and effect was introducedhome and abroad in this paper, and the thermal catalytic pyrolysis technology was recommended as an effective and feasible recycling process. The very little water and slag in the process, and exhaust by the desulfurization catalyst could be controlled as used an effective method for engineering application. At last, paper also providedsome unconventional methods, such as the supercritical technology orthe microwave technology, for peer discussion.
