本篇从多方面讨论了我国峰林喀斯特的发育史,并详细地分析了峰林喀斯特的发育条件。
The paper ( the secon part) discussed the evolution of the fenglin karst developed in China in all respects, and analyzed their development condition in detail.
Although the history of large continental karstification in Southern China could be traced back to Cretaceous or even earlier age, the development of the ground landscape of the fenglin karst began in Miocene or Pliocene epoch and has been lasting till now. Owing to the influence of the Himalayan erogenic movement, the development of the modern fengcong landform ( peak cluster - depression) is still energetic, while the fenglm landform (peak forest-plain) is generally in a process of declining development or rejuvenation. The author considers that the fengcong stage and the fenglm stage have never existed in the whole history of the lenglin karst development as two independent development stages with the relations to evolutionary sequence.
On the basis of the viewpoint of system theory, the development conditions of the fenglin karst can be divided into two parts: the internal conditions and the outer environment. The former is relatively stable and the latter is obviously changeable, in which there are three leading factors: the property of the karstificated strata and rocks, the exchange of material and energy as well as the exchange of intensity, and a long term of continuous karstification.Only by the closet coordination of the above three dominant factors can the fenglin karst get a chance to develop fully.
The evolutionary trends of the fengcong and fenglin landforms are controlled and guided by the buried depth of underground water table and it tendency of historical change. That the modern fenglin karst landforms in the world mainly distributed over the tropical and subtropical regions is a mere coincidence of many conditions but not a necessity.
