弧齿锥齿轮是一种非常重要和复杂的传动齿轮,具有承载力高和传动平稳的优点,广泛应用于航空航天和汽车工业中。它的理论研究和制造水平是一个国家机械工业水平的重要标志。从理论设计、加工制造方法、加工设备、基体材料和热处理方式等方面分析了国内外格里森齿制弧齿锥齿轮技术的发展与近况,并对今后的发展作了展望。
The spiral bevel gear is one of the most important and complicated transmission gear with large load carrying capacity and smooth transmission, it is widely applied in the aviation and spaceflight and automobile industry. The theoretic study and manufacturing level are the important symbol of one country＇s mechanical industry level. The development in the field of Gleason spiral bevel gears technology including theory and design, manufacture, equipment and machine tools, material and heat treatment process is analyzed. The future developing trend in this field is also prospected.
