摘要
曝气处理在沼液滴灌中发挥着防堵塞和提高施用效果的作用,然而目前我国缺乏以滴灌为目的的沼液曝气研究。文章通过考察氨基酸含量、大量元素和GI指标,研究不同水力停留时间(HRT),气水比(G∶W),pH值条件对过120目筛沼液曝气过程中养分和生物毒性的影响规律及作用强弱。结果表明,在HRT为1 h,G∶W为30∶1,pH值6.5的条件下沼液养分有效性最好,氨基酸含量提高10.45%、水溶性磷含量提高543.75%、总氮降低5.30%,并且生物毒性最低,GI从0%提高到147.3%。通过极差分析发现pH值是整个曝气过程中影响各指标的主要因素,且随着pH值的降低,沼液中氨基酸含量、氮含量、水溶性磷含量以及GI都随之升高。
Aeration plays a role to prevent blockage and improve the effect of fertilization during the drip irrigation with bio- gas slurry. However, biogas slurry aeration study is seldom reported for the purpose of drip irrigation. This study was aimed to investigate the effect of HRT, gas-water ratio and pH on biogas slurry (120 mesh) nutrient and toxicity during the aera- tion process. The results showed that biogas slurry had the best available nutrient (amino acid increased 10.45%, soluble P increased 543.75%, TN decreased 5.30% ) and the lowest biological toxicity ( GI increased from 0% to 147.32% ) un- der the condition of HRT 1 h, gas-water ratio 30:1 and pH 6.5. And it was found that the pH was the main factor during the aeration of biogas slurry, and the content of amino acid, P, TN and GI increased as pH decreased.
