摘要
目的观察身痛逐瘀汤联合西药治疗银屑病关节炎瘀血痹阻证的临床疗效。方法将80例银屑病关节炎瘀血痹阻证患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者口服甲氨蝶呤片、柳氮磺吡啶片、双氯芬酸钠缓释片、叶酸片治疗;观察组患者在对照组患者治疗的基础上加服身痛逐瘀汤。两组患者均治疗12周,比较两组患者的治疗效果、PASI评分、HAQ评分、关节压痛数、关节肿胀数、血沉、C反应蛋白等的变化情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率(97.5%)显著高于对照组(72.5%),观察组患者治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者PASI评分、HAQ评分、关节压痛数、关节肿胀数、血沉、C反应蛋白均明显下降(P<0.05);观察组患者PASI评分、HAQ评分等的改善情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论身痛逐瘀汤联合西药治疗银屑病关节炎瘀血痹阻证患者疗效显著优于单用西药治疗,不增加患者的不良反应,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of shentong zhuyu decoction combined with western medicine in patients with blood stasis of psoriatic arthritis. Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with blood stasis of psoriatic arthritis were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with MTX, SSZ, diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets and folic acid tablets, while the observation group received shentong zhuyu decoction on the basis of the control group. The treatment time was 12 weeks in the two groups, the therapeutic effect, PASI score, HAQ score, joint tenderness, joint swelling, ESR and CRP were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group （97.5%） was significantly higher than that in the control group （72.5%）, and the clinical effect of the observation group was significantly superior to the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; after treatment, the PASI score, HAQ score, joint tenderness, joint swelling, ESR and CRP in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment （P 〈 0.05）, and the decreased in the observation group was more significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The clinical efficacy of shentong zhuyu decoction combined with western medicine is superior to that of western medicine in patients with blood stasis of psoriatic arthritis, and not increases the incidence of complications, which is worth popularizing and applying.
