摘要
目的:调查湖南省部分执业药师执业现状,对社会药店药学服务人员的水平进行分析,结合执业药师的相关政策进行总结并提出建议。方法:采用问卷调查法,对湖南省部分执业药师进行相关信息收集、分类汇总、统计分析。结果:问卷回收率为97.16%。调查结果显示,执业药师的学历结构偏低,知识结构不甚合理,希望多参加学习和培训以提高执业能力。结论:执业药师的药学服务水平仍需提高。除了国家在宏观政策调控方面的指导外,还可建立以工作过程为导向,辅助学历提升、单位培训、网络教育的终身教育系统。
Objective： To investigate the status of some licensed pharmacists in Hunan province and analyze the level of their pharmaceutical service in social pharmacies so as to make a summary and give some advice based on the relevant policies for licensed pharmacists. Methods： The relevant data of some licensed pharmacists in Hunan province were collected, classified, summarized and analyzed by using the method of questionnaire survey. Results： The recovery rate of questionnaires was 97.14%. The survey showed that the licensed pharmacists had a low educational background structure and irrational knowledge structure and needed more learning and training to improve their practice. Conclusion： The level of pharmaceutical service of the licensed pharmacists still need to be improved. Under the guidance of the country＇s regulations and the control of macropolicy, it is suggested a work-oriented lifelong education system, including improving of pharmacists＇ educational background, workplace training and online education be established.
