摘要 目的探索医院妇产科对设置尿失禁专科护士的需求及其岗位工作内容,为尿失禁专科护士的设置提供依据。方法采用半结构访谈法,对来自北京市3家三级甲等医院妇产科的26名医生、护士和女性尿失禁患者进行访谈。结果我国医院妇产科迫切地需要设置尿失禁专科护士的岗位,其岗位工作内容需涵盖尿失禁的预防、筛检、治疗、康复、随访、科研和培训。结论现阶段我国医院的尿失禁专科护士岗位实践尚处于雏形探索阶段,但其潜在的需求量大,未来需要逐步形成科学规范的岗位说明,以有效地指导尿失禁专科护士的临床实践。 Objective To explore the demand and job content of urinary continence nurse specialists in Obstetrics and Gynecology department, and to provide reference for setting the post of urinary continence nurse specialists. Methods A semi-structured interview was conducted in 26 .doctors, nurses and urinary incontinence patients from 3 hospitals in Beijing. Results There was urgent need to set up the post of urinary continence nurse specialists in Obstetrics and Gynecology department. The job contents of the post should cover prevention, screening, treatment, rehabilitation, follow-up, scientific research and training of urinary incontinence. Conclusion At present, the practice of urinary continence nurse specialists is still in the initial stage, however, there is great potential demand for it. In the future, it is necessary to form a scientific and standardized job description gradually to guide the clinical practice of urinary incontinence nurse specialists effectively.
