着重讨论知情同意制度作用和意义,旨在为充分保证患者知情权和医务人员的合法权益,预防医疗纠纷,提高医疗服务水平提供一些参考。更希望能为推进医疗体制改革和完善医疗法规制度进行有益的探索。
The informed consent and its meaning were discussed in this article in order to prevent medical dispute and protect the patient's right of being informed and consent and the legitimate right of medical staff. And the purposes of this article were also to provide some reference on how to improve the medical service level and how to push on the reformation of medical system and the amelioration of medical legislation system.
