摘要
目的了解住院患者感染丝状真菌临床分布特点,为真菌感染防控提供参考。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对某医院住院患者送检标本丝状真菌检测结果进行调查与分析。结果调查确认38例丝状真菌感染,有50%菌株分离自痰液标本,表明呼吸道感染占主导;其次是耳内和眼角膜感染,分别占28.95%和13.16%。丝状真菌感染病例主要集中于呼吸科、高干科、眼科及耳鼻喉科。检出的菌种为曲霉菌属和毛霉菌,以及部分链格孢菌和镰刀霉菌等。结论丝状真菌感染涉及感染部位和病原种类较多,诊治难度大,应加强丝状真菌感染的诊治和防控技术培训。
Objective To analyze the clinical distribution of 38 cases of filamentous fungi infections,so as to provide references for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods Detection results of filamentous fungi from samples of inpatients in some hospital were collected and analyzed retrospectively. To analyze the samples source distribution,the departments of samples and the condition of therapy were also analyzed retrospectively. Results 38 cases of filamentous fungi infections were identified in this study. 50% of the fungi strains were isolated from sputum samples which indicated respiratory tract infections was the predominant; then were the ear and cornea infections,which accounted for 28. 95% and 13. 16%. The patients infected with filamentous fungi were mainly in departments of pneumology,senior cadre,ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology. The main strains species detected were aspergillus,mold fungus,and alternaria alternate and sickle fungi were also detected. Conclusion Filamentous fungal infection involves a wide variety of the infective sites and the pathogenic species,which is difficult to be diagnosed and treated. So the diagnosis and treatment of fungal infections technical training and the prevention work should be further strengthened.
