摘要
目前对针灸医案的研究可分为三类:1)针灸医案综合性研究;2)医家医著针灸医案研究;3)针灸医案在教学中的应用研究。其中,针灸医案综合性研究主要集中于对医案研究的概况、不同历史时期的医案整理及特点研究;医家医著针灸研究主要集中于杨继洲、王执中等著名医家及部分类编类著作的医案研究,针灸医案在教学中的应用研究主要集中于将医案作为学习内容、利用针灸医案教学及建立网络教学平台等。据此,认为针灸医案的研究范围可进一步扩大,且在研究过程中须注意排除重复资料、纠正传谬,此外,针灸医案在教学中的应用研究仍有拓展空间。
Currently, the research of acupuncture cases could be divided into three categories： acupuncture cases comprehensive study, specialists and their medical books of acupuncture cases research, research about acupuncture cases applied to teaching. The acupuncture medical records comprehensive research mainly focused on the general situation research of the acupuncture cases, the characteristics study on acupuncture medical records in different period. Specialists and their medical books of acupuncture cases research focused on some famous doctors,such as YANG Jizhou,WANG Zhizhong and some medical records books. The research about acupuncture cases applied to teaching mainly concentrated on recording acupuncture medical cases as study content, using acupuncture medical cases for teaching and establishing teaching network platform of acupuncture cases. In view of above, the acupuncture medical research scope could be further extended. During the course of study, removing of repeating cases and correcting erroneous cases should be paid more attention. In addition, application of acupuncture medical records into teaching might have much space to expand.
