ICU气管切开患者肺部感染的护理干预及效果探析 被引量:7

摘要 目的分析ICU气管切开患者肺部感染的护理干预措施及效果,为临床提供指导。方法抽取来该院治疗的74例ICU气管切开并发肺部感染患者(2012年6月—2015年6月)作为该次实验的目标对象,对74例ICU气管切开并发肺部感染患者实施随机分组。对照组37例患者实施一般护理,实验组37例患者实施整体护理,分析比较两组ICU气管切开并发肺部感染患者的ICU转出时间、症状消失时间及并发症发生率。结果实验组患者的ICU转出时间、症状消失时间显著短于对照组患者,组间差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;且对照组37例患者的并发症发生率为35.14%,显著高于实验组37例患者8.11%,P<0.05。结论对ICU气管切开并发肺部感染患者采取整体护理干预,能显著缩短患者的ICU转出时间、症状消失时间,减少并发症的发生,促进患者预后。 Objective To analyze the nursing intervention measures and effect of pulmonary infection in patients with tracheotomy in ICU, and to provide guidance for clinical treatment. Methods Extraction to our hospital treatment of 74 cases of ICU trachea incision pulmonary infection patients(June 2012 to June 2015) as the experimental object, of 74 cases of ICU trachea incision and complicated with pulmonary infection in patients with the implementation of randomization. Control group of 37 patients received general nursing, the experimental group 37 cases in patients with the implementation of holistic nursing care and analysis were compared between the two groups tracheotomy in ICU pulmonary infection in patients with ICU time, the symptoms disappeared time and complications incidence. Results In the experimental group, the ICU time, the symptoms disappeared time was significantly shorter than that of the patients in the control group, the group exists significant difference, P < 0.05; and the control group of 37 patients with complication rate was 35.14%, significantly higher than that in the experimental group of 37 patients 8.11%, P < 0.05. Conclusion The overall nursing intervention for patients with tracheotomy complicated with pulmonary infection by ICU can significantly shorten the time of ICU transfer, the disappearance time of symptoms, reduce the occurrence of complications, and promote the prognosis of patients.
