摘要
性腺激素是生殖内分泌系统重要的生理指标之一,其测定样品和技术对科学研究及临床实践至关重要。此文介绍了尿液作为测定性腺激素样品的优越性及可行性,并分析了常用的尿样测定关键方法技术,以期为尿样性腺激素测定技术发展提供科学依据,同时作为非损伤性研究的重要补充。
Gonadal hormone is one of the important physiological indexes of reproductive endocrine system. Sample and technology are crucial for scientific research and clinical practice. This paper introduces the superiority and feasi-bility of gonadal hormone assay with urine samples, and analyzes its key measurement techniques, hoping to provide scientific basis for the development of gonadal hormone measurement and become an important supplement to the non-damage research.
