摘要
本文报导了利用水在1651cm^(-1)的红外吸收测定试剂醇类及工业酒精中水含量的红外差示光谱法。本法测定0.1~1%和1~10%的水时分别采用0.5mm和0.02mm的液池制做标准曲线。实验结果表明该法具有操作简便、快速、准确等特点。文中还对影响测定精度的一些因素进行了讨论。
The water was detd. in reagent alcohol and industrial alcohol by measuring the IR absorption at 1651cm^(-1) with differential spectrophotometry. The method can be used to det. H_2O, but calibration curres must be constructed for 0.1~1, and 1~10% H_2O w th 0.5mm and 0.02mm cells, resp. The results show that the method is very simple, fast and sensitive. Several factors which effect on sensitivity of detection are also discussed.
