摘要
氢通过电化学的方式被大量注入到Nb_2O_5陶瓷中,并且以一种不稳定的浅施主形式存在于的晶格中,可贡献一个电子给五价的铌,使Nb_2O_5陶瓷发生电致变色(由淡黄色变成深绿色),同时注氢15 min后陶瓷的电阻值下降了约5个数量级。对注氢陶瓷加热处理及气体收集后发现,氢并没有和氧离子结合成氢氧键,而是以填隙质子的形式存在于Nb_2O_5陶瓷中。
Hydrogen was charged into Nb2O5 ceramics through electrochemistry method. As a unstable shallow donor, hydrogen offered an electron to Nb5+ which led to electrochromism of Nb/O5 ceramics (from pale yellow to dark green) . At the same time, the resistance of Nb2O5 ceramics greatly decreased by five orders of magnitude after electrochemistry hydrogen charging for 15 min. It was found that hydrogen stayed in the Nb/O5 ceramics lattice in the form of interstitial proton rather than combined with oxygen ions to form a hydrogen-oxygen bond.
