摘要
全面总结了当前发泡陶瓷的研究现状,用于制备发泡陶瓷的主要原材料有蛇纹石、页岩、赤泥、湖泊淤泥、建筑垃圾、珍珠岩和煤矸石等。发泡剂有高温发泡剂和低温发泡剂两大类。目前有三类发泡工艺,分别是高温发泡、预置成孔球、化学反应成孔。研究发现发泡剂对发泡陶瓷结构和性能的影响较大,文章在综述前人研究的基础上对发泡陶瓷的产业化提出了展望。
The current research status of foam ceramics was summarized. Serpentine, shale, red mud, lake sludge, construction waste, perlite, coal gangue, etc, were frequently used as the main raw materials for foam ceramics preparation. The foaming agent could be divided into high-temperature foaming agent and low- temperature foaming agent. In present, there were three kinds foam process, that high temperature foam, preset inorganic ball, chemical reaction releases bubbles. It was found that the foaming agent had a great influence on the structure and properties of the foamed ceramics. The industrialization of foamed ceramics was prospected based on previous studies.
