摘要
随着啤酒工业生产工艺的发展,啤酒专用糖浆在国内啤酒生产企业应用逐渐推广,具有广阔的开发前景。本文重点阐述了啤酒专用糖浆的生产工艺特点、控制关键点、产品质量标准及应用等方面的情况,并对其前景进行展望。
With the development of the beer industry, the application of syrup using for beer only in the domestic beer production enterprise is gradually popularized, and has broad prospects for development. The characteristics of the production process of syrup for beer use only, control of key points, quality standards of syrup and the application were mainly discussed, and the trend of development in future was discussed in this review.
