摘要
在借鉴新加坡南洋理工学院教学工厂模式经验的基础上,深化产教融合。构建了以电子装联先进技术为主体的SMT教学工厂,并引入优秀企业和行业协会,共同设计SMT人才培养方案、人才培养实施过程、岗位技能实训等。在反复的教学实践中不断改进和总结,为培养电子装联类的发展型、复合型和创新型的技术技能人才做了出有益探索。
Integration of Industry and Education based on the experience of teaching factory mode in NYP （Singapore NanYang Polytechnic）.Our college construct the SMT teaching factory and invite the excellent enterprise and trade association to join in.We design talent training programs,personnel training implementation process,skills training together.Through repeated teaching practice,we have made beneficial exploration for training electronic and assembling technical talents.
