摘要
目的探讨健康教育与心理护理对乙肝失代偿期患者负性情绪和生活质量的影响。方法回顾性分析攀枝花市第四人民医院2015年1月—2016年10月收治的乙肝失代偿期患者114例,随机分为常规组(n=56)和研究组(n=58)。常规组患者采用院内常规治疗,研究组患者在常规组基础上给予健康教育和心理护理双重干预。干预6周后,比较两组患者干预前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及生活质量指数量表(QL-Index)评分。结果干预前,两组患者SAS评分、SDS评分及QL-Index评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组患者SAS评分、SDS评分低于常规组,QL-Index评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育和心理护理可有效改善乙肝失代偿期患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高生活质量。
Objective To study the influence of health education and psychological nursing on negative emotion and quality of life of hepatitis B decompensated period patients. Methods A total of hepatitis B decompensated period patients were retrospective analysed from January 2015 to October 2016 in the Fourth People's Hospital of Panzhihua City, which were random- ly divided into routine group (n =56) and study group (n =58). Routine group was taken with routine treatment, study group was taken with health education and psychological care intervention based on routine group. After 6 weeks of intervention, SAS scores, SDS scores and QL - Index scores were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results Before intervention, no statistically significant differences of SAS scores, SDS scores or QL - Index scores was found between the two groups ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; after intervention, the study group of SAS scores, SDS scores were lower than routine group, QL - Index scores were higher than routine group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Health education and psychological nursing have a positive effect on anxiety and depression of hepatitis B decompensated period patients, and promote the quality of life.
