摘要
目的探讨Livin和p27蛋白在人牙龈癌中的表达及意义。方法收集2013年2月至2017年2月我院保存的牙龈癌蜡块标本51例(牙龈癌组),同时选取正常牙龈组织47例(正常牙龈组),采用免疫组化法检测两组Livin和p27蛋白表达。分析比较Livin和p27蛋白在两组样本中的表达差异及其意义。结果牙龈癌组Livin蛋白阳性表达率为64.71%,明显高于正常牙龈组(P<0.05);p27蛋白阳性表达率为62.75%,明显低于正常牙龈组(P<0.05);TNM分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、中低分化患者Livin蛋白阳性表达率为94.74%和92.31%,明显高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、高分化患者(P<0.05),而p27蛋白阳性表达率为26.32%和30.77%,明显低于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、高分化患者(P<0.05);Livin蛋白和p27蛋白的表达呈负相关(rs=-0.484,P<0.05)。结论人牙龈癌组织中Livin表达升高,而p27表达下降,两者之间存在相关性,且与肿瘤病理特征有关,可能在牙龈癌的发生发展中有一定作用。
Objective To study the association of Livin and p27 protein with human gingival carcinoma. Methods 51 tissues from patients with gingival cancer in our hospital were collected as gingival cancer group from February 2013 to February 2017, and 47 normal gingival tissues were collected as normal gingival group, Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expres- sion of Livin and p27 protein. Results The positive expression rate of Livin protein in gingival cancer group was 64.71%, which was significantly higher than that in normal gingival group （P 〈 0.05）. The positive expression rate of p27 protein was 62.75%, which was significantly lower than that of normal gingival group （P〈O.05）. The positive expression of Livin protein in TNM stage III ~ IV and moderate-low differentiated patients was 94.74% and 92.31%, which was significantly higher than that in stage I ~ II and high dif- ferentiated patients （P 〈 0.05）. Yet the positive expression rate of p27 was 26.32% and 30.77% in TNM stage III- IV and moderate- low differentiated patients, significantly lower than in stage I ~ II and high differentiated patients （P 〈 0.05）. Livin protein expression was negatively correlated with p27 protein expression （r,=-0.484, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The expression of Livin in human gingival cancer tissue increased, while the expression of p27 decreased, suggesting a negative relationship between them. They were related to the pathological characteristics of the tumor, and might play a role in the development of gingival cancer.
