摘要
目的观察p57^(KIP2)蛋白在完全性水泡状胎块(CHM)和部分性水泡状胎块(PHM)组织中的表达及其对CHM和PHM诊断及鉴别诊断中的作用及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测p57^(KIP2)蛋白在25例CHM、35例PHM中的表达情况,同时选取30例水肿性流产(HA)胎盘组织作为对照。结果 p57^(KIP2)蛋白在CHM的绒毛细胞滋养叶细胞、绒毛间质细胞中的表达明显低于PHM和HA胎盘组织,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论免疫组化检测p57^(KIP2)蛋白可以作为CHM、PHM鉴别诊断的重要参考指标。
Objective To observe the eXpression of p57.KIP2 protein in complete hydatidiform mole（CHM） and partial hydatidiform mole（PHM）,and to eXplore the role and significance of p57.KIP2 protein in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of CHM and PHM.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the eXpression of p57.KIP2 protein in 25 cases of CHM and 35 cases of PHM.At the same time,30 cases of placental tissue of edema abortion were selected as control group.Results The eXpression of p57.KIP2 protein in chorionic villous cells and villus stromal cells of CHM was significantly lower than that of PHM and edematous abortion placenta,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Immunohistochemical detection of p57.KIP2 protein can be used as an important reference indeX in differential diagnosis of CHM and PHM.
