摘要
目的分析麝香保心丸辅治冠心病疗效及其对血浆AngⅡ和血气的影响。方法选取医院心内科收治的冠心病患者80例,依据随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予麝香保心丸治疗,对比2组临床疗效及治疗前后血浆AngⅡ水平、血气分析和不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为95.0%高于对照组的82.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前2组患者血浆AngⅡ水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组患者血浆AngⅡ水平均有明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前2组患者Pa O2、PH及Pa CO2比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组Pa O2、PH、Pa CO2均改善(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为5.0%低于对照组的17.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麝香保心丸辅助治疗冠心病患者不仅能够显著提升临床疗效,且患者满意度高,应予临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of musk bacon pills in coronary heart disease.Methods Selected 80 cases patients with coronary heart disease in cardiology,80 cases patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 40 cases.Control group was treated by conventional treatment,Observation group,on the base of control group,was treated by musk bacon pills.After treatment,compared the clinical effect,the level of plasma AngⅡ and blood gas analysis before and after treatment,and adverse reactions of 2 groups.Results The total efficiency of observation group（95.0%） was higher than that of control group（82.5%）,the difference was statistic significantly（P〈0.05）.The level of plasma AngⅡ before treatment was no statistic significantly（P〉0.05）,the level of plasma AngⅡ after treatment in 2 groups was lower than that before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that of control group,the differences were statistic significantly（P〈0.05）.The level of PaO2、PH and PaCO2 before treatment was no statistic significantly（P〉0.05）,the level of PaO2、PH and PaCO2 after treatment in 2 groups was better than that before treatment,and the observation group was better than that of control group,the differences were statistic significantly（P〈0.05）.The adverse reaction rate of observation group（5.0%） was lower than that of control group（17.5%）,the difference was statistic significantly（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Musk bacon pills in treatment of coronary heart disease can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,the patient satisfaction is high,should be clinical promotion.
