摘要
目的探讨对原发性下肢静脉曲张患者围手术期中实施优质护理的效果。方法选取2014年5月至2016年5月收治的80例原发性下肢静脉曲张患者作为研究对象,对所有患者采取手术治疗,采取入院编号单双法将患者分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组患者围手术期给予传统护理,观察组患者围手术期实施优质护理干预,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果护理后观察组患者的皮下血肿、小腿麻木、溃疡等消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对原发性下肢静脉曲张患者围手术期中实施优质护理效果显著,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing care in perioperative period of primary lower extremity varicose veins. Methods Eighty cases of patients with primary lower extremity varicose veins in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected as the research objects, all the patients were treated with surgery, and divided into observation group （n=40） and control group （n=40） according to the single and double number method. The control group was given traditional nursing during the perioperative period, while the observation group received high quality nursing intervention during the perioperative period, the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The disappearance time of subcutaneous hematoma, crus numbness and ulcer in the observation group were obviously shorter than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. The total incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of high quality nursing care in perioperative period of primary lower extremity varicose veins is remarkable, which is worthy of popularization and application.
