摘要
目的探究碘甘油与米诺环素软膏治疗慢性牙周炎后的临床疗效。方法选取2015年10月至2016年12月我院收治的100例慢性牙周炎患者,按照随机分配的原则将其分为试验组和对照组,各50例。试验患者在牙周基础治疗后向牙周袋内注入盐酸米诺环素软膏,对照组患者在基础治疗后注入碘甘油。观察比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果试验组治疗总有效率为94.00%(47/50),明显高于对照组的80.00%(40/50),差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.3321,P=0.0370)。两组患者治疗前的牙龈指数及牙周袋深度比较,无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的牙龈指数与牙周袋深度均较治疗前降低,且试验组的牙龈指数与牙周袋深度均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率比较,无显著差异(χ2=2.0410,P=0.1532)。结论盐酸米诺环素软膏对慢性牙周炎患者的治疗效果优于碘甘油,且安全性较好,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of iodine glycerol and minocycline ointment in the adjuvant treatment of chronic periodontitis. Methods From October 2015 to December 2016, 100 cases of patients with chronic periodontitis and received treatment in our hospital were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the principle of random distribution, with 50 cases in each group. The experimental group injected minocycline ointment into the periodontal pocket after the initial therapy, while the control group injected iodine glycerol based on the initial therapy. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate was 94.00% （47/50） in the experimental group, which was significantly higher than 80.00% （40/50） of the control group, the differences were significant （χ2=4.3321, P=0.0370）. There were no significant differences in the gingival index and periodontal pocket depth between the two groups before treatment （P〉0.05）; after treatment, the gingival index and the periodontal pocket depth in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups （χ2=2.0410, P=0.1532）. Conclusion The minocyeline ointment has better treatment effect on chronic periodontitis than iodine glycerol, with a better safety, which is worth promoting.
