重型脑外伤经腰大池持续引流辅助治疗的疗效分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究重型脑外伤经腰大池持续引流辅助治疗的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的重型脑外伤患者40例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组20例。对照组给予常规治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上进行腰大池持续引流辅助治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果试验组治疗总有效率为95.0%,高于对照组的65.0%(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组SF-36各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在重型脑外伤治疗中,应用腰大池持续引流辅助治疗能降低并发症发生率,提高治疗效果及患者生活质量。 Objective To study the clinical effect of lumbar cistern continuous drainage adjuvant therapy in the treatment of severe traumatic brain injury. Methods Forty cases of patients with severe traumatic brain injury in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 20 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional therapy, and the experimental group was given lumbar cistern continuous drainage adjuvant therapy on the basis of the control group. The clinical curative effect were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.0%, which was higher than 65.0% of the control group (P〈0.05); the incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P〈0.05); the SF-36 scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of severe traumatic brain injury, the application of lumbar continuous drainage adjuvant therapy can reduce the incidence of complications, improve the treatment effect and life quality of patients.
