镍铁渣砂代替河砂对水泥砂浆性能影响的研究 被引量:3

摘要 实验研究了人工破碎后的镍铁渣砂按不同量取代河砂后对砂浆工作性能、抗压强度、拉伸粘结强度及线膨胀率的影响,结果表明:适当的镍铁渣砂取代河砂可提高砂浆流动度、降低砂浆分层度,有利于改善砂浆的工作性能,但取代量超过60%以后,影响砂浆表面平滑性;在取代量小于80%时,随取代量的增加,砂浆7 d、28 d抗压强度呈增长趋势,当镍铁渣全部替代河砂后,强度比取代量为80%时略微减少,在镍铁渣取代量为40%时,粘结强度最高达到0.41MPa。镍铁渣砂具有一定的碱-集料反应危害,为保证工程质量的绝对安全,砂浆中镍铁渣砂取代量应不超过40%。 In +the experiment, the workability, compressive strength, tensile strenght and linear expansion rate of the mortar with artificial nikel slag sand replacing different rate of river sand were studied, the results show that moderate nickel slag can increase the fluidity of mortar,reduce its stratification and improve its workability; but when the replacing rate is over 60%, the smoothness of mortar surface decreases; and when the replacing rate is under 80%, with increase of the replacing rate, the 7d, 28d compressive strength of mortar increases; and when the replacing rate is 100%, the strength is less than that of 80%; and the bond strength reaches the highest of 0.41MPa when the replacing rate is 40%. Finally,nickel slag sand has certain alkali aggregate reaction hazards, to ensure the absolute safety of engineering quality, nickel slag sand content should not exceed 40% mortar.
