脓毒症患儿外周血CD4^+CD25^+Treg细胞含量与全身炎症反应程度的相关性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究脓毒症患儿外周血CD_4^+CD25^+Treg细胞含量与全身炎症反应程度的相关性。方法:选择诊断为脓毒症的36例患儿作为脓毒症组,选择同期体检的健康志愿儿童作为对照组。采集外周血并测定CD_4^+CD25^+Treg细胞的含量,采集血清并测定炎症介质及氧化应激产物的含量。方法:脓毒症组患儿外周血中CD_4^+CD25^+Treg细胞的含量显著高于对照组。脓毒症组患儿血清中ICAM-1、TNF-α、IL-1β、CRP、PCT、LPO、MDA、AOPPs的含量均显著高于对照组;Treg高含量脓毒症患儿血清中ICAM-1、TNF-α、IL-1β、CRP、PCT、LPO、MDA、AOPPs的含量显著高于Treg低含量患者。结论:脓毒症患儿外周血CD_4^+CD25^+Treg细胞含量的增高能够激活全身炎症反应及氧化应激反应。 Objective:To study the correlation between peripheral blood CD4^+CD25^+Treg levels and systemic inflammatory response in patients with sepsis.Methods:A total of 36 children who were diagnosed with sepsis in Children's Hospital of Hebei Province between June 2014 and December 2016 were selected as sepsis group,and healthy volunteer children who received physical examination during the same period were selected as control group.Peripheral blood was collected to determine the content of CD4^+CD25^+Treg cells,and the serum was collected to determine the contents of the inflammatory mediators and oxidative stress products. Results:Peripheral blood CD4^+CD25^+Treg cell level in sepsis group was significantly higher than that in control group.Serum ICAM-1,TNF-α,IL-1β,CRP,PCT,LPO,MDA and AOPPs levels in sepsis group were significantly higher those in control group;serum ICAM-1,TNF-α,IL-1β,CRP,PCT,LPO,MDA and AOPPs levels in sepsis children with high Treg level were significantly higher than those in sepsis children with low Treg level.Conclusions:Increased levels of CD4^+CD25^+Treg cells in patients with sepsis can activate systemic inflammatory response and oxidative stress response.
