GC/MS定量检测皂角种子不同部位脂肪酸组成 被引量:1

Analysis of Fatty Acid Composition of Different Parts of Gleditsia sinensis Lam Seeds by GC/MS

摘要 采用GC/MS法对皂角种子不同组织部位脂肪酸进行分析。通过质谱数据库检索和标准品对照鉴定出16种脂肪酸,分别为:肉蔻酸,十五烷酸,棕榈酸,棕榈油酸,硬脂酸,反油酸,油酸,亚油酸,花生酸,二十碳一烯酸,α-亚油酸,二十一烷酸,二十碳二烯酸,二十二烷酸,二十三烷酸,二十四烷酸。其中子叶中含有15种脂肪酸,种皮中含有7种脂肪酸,有6种脂肪酸同时存在子叶和种皮中,分别为:棕榈酸,棕榈油酸,硬脂酸,油酸,亚油酸,α-亚油酸,这些脂肪酸主要显著积累在子叶中,是种皮的100~200倍。此外,将皂角种子与其他油料种子进行比较分析,最终发现棕榈酸,硬脂酸和亚油酸均高于大豆,芝麻和葵花籽,说明皂角种子同样具有重要的营养价值。实验为皂角种子的综合开发利用提供科学依据。 Different tissue fatty acid analysis of Gleditsia sinensis Lam by GC/MS method. 16 fatty acids were deter- mined by NCBI database search and comparsion with standard, including myristic acid, pentadecanoic acid, palmitic acid, palmitoleic acid, stearie acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, arachidic acid, cis-eicosenoic acid, a-linolenic acid, he- neicosanoic acid, eicosandienoic acid, docosanoic acid, stearic acid, tricosanoic acid and lignoceric acid. The cotyle- don contains 15 kinds of fatty acids, the seed coat contains 7 kinds of fatty acids, 6 kinds of fatty acids both in coty- ledon and seed coat, such as palrnitic acid, palmitoleic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid and a-linolenic acid, and these fatty acids significantly accumulated in cotyledon, are 100-200 times than seed coat. In addition, the Gleditsia sinensis Lam seeds and other vegetable oil seeds were compared and analyzed, we found that palmitic acid, stearic acid and oleic acid were higher than that of soybean, sesame and sunflower seeds, that also has the important nutritional value of Gleditsia sinensis Lam, Finally, this study provided a scientific basis for the comprehensive de- velopment and utilization for Gleditsia sinensis Lain seeds.
