摘要
目的观察贝前列素钠联合缬沙坦对高血压肾损害的临床疗效。方法选取2015年1月—2016年6月我院收治的高血压肾损害患者60例,随机分为对照组(30例)及试验组(30例),2组均给予常规治疗;在此基础上,对照组采用缬沙坦治疗,试验组采用贝前列素钠联合缬沙坦治疗,疗程4周。观察治疗前后2组患者收缩压、舒张压、尿素氮、血肌酐、24小时尿蛋白定量、尿微量白蛋白、白细胞介素6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)等指标的变化。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后2组患者的血压水平、尿素氮、血肌酐、24 h尿蛋白定量、尿微量白蛋白、IL-6及TNF-α等指标均出现下降(P<0.05);且试验组较对照组下降幅度更为显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论贝前列素钠联合缬沙坦治疗高血压肾损害具有显著疗效,其作用机制可能与抑制IL-6、TNF-α等炎症因子的释放有关。
Objective To explore the effect observation of beraprost sodium combined with valsartan in the treatment of hypertensive renal damage and its mechanism.Methods 60 cases of patients with hypertensive renal damage treated in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected,and were randomly divided into control group（n=30）and experimental group（n=30）.On the basic of conventional treatment,the control group was given with valsartan,while the experimental group was given with beraprost sodium combined with valsartan.Before and after four weeks of treatment,the changes of systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,24 h urinary protein,microalbuminuria,interleukin 6 and tumor necrosis factor alpha were observed in the two groups.Results Compared with the levels before treatment,the levels of systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,24 h urinary p rotein,microalbuminuria,interleukin 6 and tumor necrosis factor alpha were significantly decreased after treatment（P0.05）.The decrease in experimental group was more remarkable than in control group（P0.05）.Conclusions The therapy of beraprost sodium combined with valsartan is effective in the treatment of hypertensive renal damage,the mechanism may be by inhibiting the expressions of interleukin 6 and tumor necrosis factor alpha.
