Teachers in public security colleges and universities are faced with professional dilemma in the process of carrying out education, which brings many problems to the development of public security education in our country. Therefore, to reshape education concept from the teaching and research point of view, develop professional level of public security colleges and universities, and create a good team ofteachers are the most important cause of public security education.
