摘要
本文着重从空预器的结构和阻力计算方面,以及电厂运行的实例,详细分析了百万机组启动阶段及不同负荷下空预器出现电流波动的原因。详细分析了预热器在制造、运输、安装等方面可能导致预热器电流波动的原因,特别是在预热器安装阶段需要注意的几个关键地方如转子的垂直度、围带圆度、围带与大齿轮的配合间隙等进行了详细的分析说明,并对预热器运行的可靠性和机组安全运行提出了一系列的解决办法和措施。
In this paper, analyze the causes of the current fluctuation of air preheater in starting stage and at different loads from the structure and the resistance (pressure drop) calculation based on an example of power plant operation. A detailed analysis of air preheater may cause fluctuations, in manufacturing, transportation and installation stage, especially need to pay attention to the installation stage of several key areas such as rotor verticality, pin rack roundness, pin rack and gear clearance were analyzed in detail. And put forward the solutions and measures of the reliability and safe operation.
