摘要 针对当前我国秸秆打捆机工作效率低下的问题,旨在设计研究喂入式秸秆圆捆机。在现有的草捆圆捆机械化技术的基础上,对喂入式秸秆圆捆机的料仓、传送带、压辊滚筒、绕绳机构、放捆装置等部分进行设计优化。通过试验对圆捆机的草捆密度、成捆率、损失率等指标进行验证。试验表明:此喂入式秸秆圆捆机工作效率高、形成的圆草捆密度大,易于存放和运输,满足秸秆青贮的工艺要求。机器适用于牲畜养殖户和农场,提高秸秆圆捆机的技术水平,有效地促进农业和畜牧业的可持续发展。 Aiming at the low efficiency of straw round baler in our country, a feeding type round baler was designed and studied. On the basis of existing round bundling mechanization techniques, the feed bin, conveyor, reeving mechanism and bundling device of this designed baler were optimized. The bale density, bundling rate, loss rate and other indicators were verified by experiments. The results show that the feeding type round baler has the advantages, such as high working efficiency, large bale density and easy to storage and transportation, which can sat- isfy the requirements of straw silage process. This baler is suitable for livestock farmers and farms, which can improve the technical level of straw round baler and effectively promote the sustainable development of agriculture and animal husbandry.
