摘要
谷子是晋北冷凉旱作区重要的杂粮作物,当前种植方式主要为双行地膜覆盖,而四行宽膜波浪形覆盖穴播的种植方式,能为谷子提供更优越的温度、水分、微生物等环境条件,为此设计适应冷凉旱作区谷子提质增效的2KMXB—1/4宽膜穴播机。2KMXB—1/4宽膜穴播机,配套幅宽1 600mm以上高强度薄型地膜,在部件可调节度、整机一体化作业、机械化播种模式、宽膜四行种植的覆土方式、小粒种子精量下种设备、播种机覆盖宽膜破裂的难题等方面,进行创新、发明和突破,解决当前双行地膜覆盖方式存在的生产问题,在小区试验和大田示范中成功应用,推动冷凉旱作区谷子种植生产进一步发展。
Millet is a kind of important grain crop at semiarid cool area in Shanxi Province, which is mainly planted with two rows film mulching. However, planting pattern with four rows wave film mulching and bunch planting can provide more superior conditions for millet, such as temperature, moisture, microorganism, and so on. Therefore, 2KMXB--1/4 wide film hill seeder was designed for improving quality and efficiency of millet production at semiarid cool area, which is supported by high-impact thin film with more than 1600mm width. Several difficult problems were innovated, invented and broken through, including flexible planter components, inte- grated operation with whole machine, mechanization seeding pattern, covering mode for four rows wide film plating, precision seeding device for small seeds, fracture of film mulching with seeder, and so on. The existing problems of two rows film mulching mode were solved, and the designed machine is applied successfully in plot test and field demonstration, which can promote the further develop- ment of millet production at semiarid cool area.
