摘要 松毛虫是我国森林的主要虫害之一,其发生面积和危害程度居所有虫害之首。辽西地区造林树种主要以油松为主,每年松毛虫都有不同程度的发生。文章以森林防护常用的2种农药1.2%苦烟乳油和苦参碱类农药喷洒过的油松林林地为研究对象,探究两类农药对林地养分和微生物数量的影响。结果表明:2种农药对有机质无影响,对水解氮、速效钾和有效磷有抑制作用;对林地细菌的数量无影响,对真菌和放线菌数量既有抑制也有促进。 Pine caterpillars is the most important pest and disease in forest in China. The area and occurrence of Pine caterpillars is the first of all pests and diseases. The afforestation tree species in western Liaoning Province are dominated by Pinus tabulaeformis ; Pine caterpillars occurred with different degrees per year. The effects of two kinds of pesticides on nutrient microbial biomass of Pinus tabulaeformis forest land were studied. Result shows that the two kinds of pesticides have no effect on organic matter〉 but have inhibition role on hydrolytic nitrogen,a- vailable potassium available phosphorus. The two kinds of pesticides have no effect on quantity of fungi in the forest land) but have inhibition and promotion on quantity of bacteria actinobacteria.
