摘要
针对矿热炉冶炼过程中电极端部位置、熔池液面等关键参数检测的问题,设计了1种交流磁场流路径切向探测仪。探测仪根据探头2次旋转过程中所测磁场分量分析磁场流路径切向,探头首先绕方位轴旋转180°,检测出磁场分量的最大值位置,然后在该位置绕俯仰轴转动180°,再次检测出磁场分量的最大值位置,最终在该位置通过指示棒即可指示磁场流路径切向。测试结果表明,所设计的探测仪能正确判断出交流磁场流路径切向,探头转速可达到3r/min。
Aiming at detecting the key parameters such as the position of the electrode tip and the liquid level of the molten bath in the smelting process of submerged arc furnace,a detector for the path tangent direction of AC magnetic field flow is designed.The detector can analyze the path tangent direction according to the magnetic field component measured by the probe during two revolutions.Firstly,the probe was rotated 180°around the azimuth axis to detect the position of the maximum value of the magnetic field component in this process.Secondly,it rotated 180°in this position around the pitch axis to detect the position of the maximum value of the magnetic field component.Finally in this position the path tangent direction of AC magnetic field flow was indicated by an indicating rod.The experimental results show that the detector can correctly judge the path tangent direction of AC magnetic field flow,and the rotation speed of the probe is up to 3r/min.
