摘要
目的探讨乳腺微创旋切术对乳腺良性微小病灶的作用。方法整群选取该医院2013年1月—2016年12月收治的758例乳腺良性微小病灶的临床资料开展回顾性调查,全部患者均接受乳腺微创旋切术治疗和术后病理检查,分析患者的手术疗效和病理检查情况。结果 758例患者共切除肿物1 602个,其中,10个乳腺癌病灶,1 592个良性肿物。患者术中疼痛程度均可以忍受,VAS评分结果均低于3分,314例患者肿块数量在3个以内,另外444例患者肿块数量在3个以上。结论乳腺良性微小病灶患者接受乳腺微创旋切术治疗,具有明显的优势,临床推广和应用价值较高。
Objective To discuss the effect of minimally invasive mammotome biopsy on benign breast tiny lesions. Methods 758 cases of patients with benign breast tiny lesions admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2016 were group selected and all patients received the minimally invasive mammotome biopsy and postoperative pathological examination, and the operation curative effect and pathological examination of patients were analyzed. Results Of 758 cases of patients, 1 602 masses were resected including 10 breast lesions and 1 592 benign masses and the intraoperative pains could be tolerated, and the VAS score result was lower than 3 marks, and the mass number was in 3 of 314 cases and the mass number was above 3 of 444 cases. Conclusion The advantage of minimally invasive mammotome biopsy for benign breast tiny lesions is obvious, which is of clinical promotion and application worth.
