摘要
[目的]探讨中医特色延续护理对脑卒中病人出院后生存质量和满意度的影响。[方法]选择2014年10月—2015年12月在成都中医药大学附属医院神经内科住院的152例脑卒中病人,随机分为两组各76例,对照组给予常规出院指导和出院后连续3个月每周1次电话随访,观察组在其基础上实施中医特色延续护理,干预前后应用(SF-36)健康调查简表和满意度调查问卷对病人进行测评。[结果]干预后观察组生存质量的生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情感职能、心理健康8个维度和出院满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中医特色的延续护理能有效改善脑卒中病人出院后的生存质量和满意度。
Objective:To probe into the influence of continuity of care with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics on quality of life and satisfaction of stroke patients after discharge.Methods:October 2014-December 2015 in the affiliated hospital of Chengdu university of TCM,department of neurology,152 cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into two groups with 76 cases in each group.The patients in control group were given routine discharge guidance after discharge and 3 months in a row once a week,telephone follow-up,on this basis,the observation group implemented traditional Chinese medicine continuatity of care,the Mos-36 Item Short From Health Survey(SF-36)and satisfaction questionnaire were used to evaluate the patients before and after the intervention.Results:In the observation group after the intervention,the physiological function,physiological functions,body pain,general health,vitality,social function,emotional function and mental health of quality of life and the patients satisfaction score were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The continuity of care with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics could effectively improve the quality of life and satisfaction of stroke patients after discharge.
