摘要
目的观察纤维支气管镜联合甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗难治性肺炎支原体肺炎(RMPP)患儿疗效,总结其临床意义。方法收集RMPP患儿84例,根据家长意愿分为两组,激素治疗组(n=39)是在常规大环内酯类药物抗感染前提下加用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠,联合治疗组(n=45)是在常规大环内酯类药物抗感染前提下加用纤维支气管镜灌洗联合甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗,观察两组疗效。结果联合治疗组患儿体温正常及咳嗽好转时间较激素治疗组明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);影像学检查显示病灶吸收较激素治疗组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论纤维支气管镜联合甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗RMPP较单用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗,临床疗效较好,病灶吸收快。
Objective To observe the curative effect of electronic bronchoscopy plus small doses of methylprednisolone sodium succi-nate for children with refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia ( RMPP). Methods Eighty-four children with R M P P were as-signed into two groups according to the choices of the parent. One group, the combined treatment group, treated with electronic bronchos-copy and small doses of methylprednisolone sodium succinate (n = 45) and another group(n = 39) ,the hormonotherapy group,treated only with small doses of methylprednisolone sodium succinate. Results The children of the combined treatment group had normal body temperature and quicker improvement in cough compared with the hormonotherapy group. The difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.01). Imageological diagnosis results indicated that foci absorption in the combined treatment group was better than the hormono-therapy group;the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.01). Conclusions Treatment with electronic bronchoscopy plus small doses of methylprednisolone sodium succinate for children of refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia has better clinical efficacy and quicker foci absorption.
