摘要
中国煤炭科工集团上海有限公司通过信息化建设,对企业的业务质量、管理控制提供有效的信息,使各部门能及时掌握各环节的信息,从而提升业务水平和管理能力。从平台建设、个性化定制工具、沟通宣传、网络建设四个方面阐述信息化的重要性,充分利用现有的资源和条件,在控制成本支出的前提下,尽可能优化信息化资源,为创建国际一流的检测机构作出贡献。
The purpose of enterprise information construction is to provide effective information of service quality and management control of the enterprise. Every sector can have a good grasp of work information of every link and improve their business level and management ability. The importance of the information is stated in aspects of platform construction, personalized tools, communication and propaganda, and network construction. The information resource is optimized on the premise of fully utilizing existing resources and controlling cost. The study makes contribution for creating a test center of world level.
