摘要
为将煤炭采制样系统的运行情况及抽象的PLC内部运行过程较为形象地展现在操作者面前,采用了以罗克韦尔的上位机监控软件FactoryTalk View SE。以煤炭机械化采制样系统应用为例,通过对监控软件的设置,实现系统的远程操作、设备状态查询、报警信息显示及报表的产生。该监控系统投入使用后,性能稳定,提升了煤炭机械化采制样系统工作的效率。
Aiming at the operation of coal sampling system and PLC internal operation process abstract more vividly demonstrated in front of the operator, used Rockwell＇ s FactoryTalk View SE computer monitoring software. Take the coal mechanization sampling system as an example, through the monitoring software system settings, remote operation, equipment status query, alarm information display and report generation were realized. The monitoring system was applied into use, has stable performance, enhanced the efficiency of coal mechanization sampling system work.
