摘要
针对大同某煤矿带式输送机煤流系统存在短时煤量过大,导致整体运载能力达不到额定生产能力等问题,设计了基于以太网的煤流优化控制系统,该系统主要通过采集和处理输煤系统沿线设备的数据,计算和预测主井带式输送机的煤量,再根据煤量情况来协调综采工作面的采放煤。然后通过实时煤量检测和优化算法,为原输煤集控系统提供调速和控制指令。重点介绍了系统的硬件结构和软件设计。通过工业性试验运行表明,该系统能满足矿井设计煤量,实现矿井增产节能,取得了良好的效果。
In view of the coal flow system on a belt conveyor in Datong Coal Mine had too much coal at certain time, the overall carrying capacity can not reach the rated production capacity. A optimal control system for coal flow based on Ethernet has been designed, the coal flow control system was mainly used to collect and process the data of the equipment along the coal handling system. The coal amount of main belt conveyor was calculated and predicted, and the coal caving in fully mechanized face was coordinated according to the amount of coal. Then the real-time coal quantity detection and optimal algorithm were used to provide the speed regulation and control instructions for the original coal handling system. The hardware structure and software design has been introduced. The system run through industrial test, which can meet the designed coal amount of mine, realize the increasing production and energy saving at same time, and achieve good results.
